DEFINISI DESA
Kata Desa berasal dari kata ‘Dhesi’ (bahasa Sansekerta) yang mempunyai arti Tanah Kelahiran. Namun di Indonesia karena terdapat banyak suku dan etnis kata Desa ini mempunyai sebutan yang beragam menurut bahasa daerah masing-masing.

Dalam konteks Desa, Kader Desa adalah “Orang Kunci “ yang mengorganisir dan memimpin rakyat Desa bergerak menuju pencapaian cita-cita bersama.
